Senior Revenue Accountant

Location: Fully Remote

Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 base, plus stock options

Our client, a growing fintech company beyond the startup stage, is seeking a Senior Revenue Accountant to join their team. Key Responsibilities
? Manage monthly revenue activities, including the close process and reconciliations for deferred costs.
? Record journal entries for revenue, deferred revenue, assets, and accrued receivables under ASC 606.
? Oversee client invoicing, fixed asset management (capitalization, depreciation, and impairment), and equity accounts.
? Develop and implement internal controls and support audit processes.
? Identify and execute process improvements to enhance efficiency as the company grows.

Qualifications
? Bachelor?s degree in Accounting (strongly preferred).
? 4+ years of accounting experience with expertise in GAAP, monthly close, and financial statement preparation.
? Recent experience with ASC 606 revenue recognition.
? Proficient in NetSuite.
? Experience in SaaS, fintech, or financial services industries.
? A mix of public accounting and industry experience is a plus.
? Experience with NetSuite ARM is highly valued.
