Be the go-to voice of assistance, connecting with customers about hunting and fishing licenses, permits, camping reservations, and park passes all from the comfort of your own home!

Responsibilities: ? Handle 98% inbound calls ? no sales quotas! ? Assist with license/permit purchases, camping reservations, and park passes. ? Answer inquiries on rules and regulations, navigating wildlife agency websites. ? Provide application/website support and basic troubleshooting. ? Process license/permit sales and assist with fulfillment. ? Hero support for Point-of-Sale agents' hardware and application issues. ? Embrace exciting duties assigned by a supervisor.

Requirements: ? Previous experience in customer service and data entry. ? Excellent verbal and written communication skills. ? Outgoing personality with the ability to develop working relationships with customers and client Users. ? Confident computer skills and the ability to use multiple systems while answering calls ? Reliable and dependable with the ability to share the schedule to support weekends and early evening shifts. ? Internet speeds of 10Mbps or higher (must be able to demonstrate during interview process) ? High school diploma or GED required. ? Workspace free from distractions, excessive noise, and interruptions.

Candidates undergo a thorough background check, including a fingerprint check for specific projects. Clear criminal background ensures compliance and trust with state agency partners.
