What You'll Be Doing
? Review, analyze, redline, draft, and negotiate a wide range of commercial and corporate agreements.
? Manage the full contract lifecycle from initiation to termination.
? Support various standard EoR/AoR/Employment and commercial contracts, addressing queries with moderate complexity.
? Risk Assessment: Identify and evaluate potential risks associated with contractual terms, ensuring they align with the company's risk appetite and are fair and reasonable.
? Provide accurate, relevant, and timely legal advice on topics like fintech, labor laws, corporate matters, etc.
? Assist in the review and negotiation of client and vendor agreements, contributing to internal compliance initiatives.
? Maintain accurate contract databases and documentation.
? Ensure all business practices comply with relevant laws and regulations.
? Provide proactive day-to-day employment law counsel, helping resolve HR and legal employment issues.
? Assist with a variety of other legal matters and projects as they arise.

What We Need
? At least 5 years of experience in a Corporate, In-house, or Contract environment.
? Strong legal background or a BA in a related field.
? Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
? Capacity to conduct legal research and provide analytical insights.
? Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
? Strong written and verbal communication skills.
? Diplomatic, approachable, with excellent business and personal judgment.
? Ability to manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
? High integrity and professionalism.
