About Our Client

My client is a high growth luxury skincare brand with offices globally. This company has experienced significant growth in the last five years and is looking for a fully remote staff accountant to join their team.

Job Description
? As the Staff Accountant-Fully Remote you will lead and participate in the month-end close process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.
? You will manage the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable transactions to maintain accurate financial records.
? Perform day-to-day accounting tasks, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.
? Contribute to financial analysis and reporting, providing valuable insights for decision-making.
? Prepare documentation and support internal and external audit processes.
? Ensure adherence to accounting principles, regulations, and company policies.

The Successful Applicant
? As the Staff Accountant-Fully remote you will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
? Proven experience in month-end close processes, reconciliations, and journal entries.
? Understanding of AP and AR processes.
? Work and reconcile within the GL.
? Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations.
? Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
? Excellent communication and organizational skills.
? This role is fully remote and they are happy to look at candidates residing in any part of the United State.
