Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in managing SuccessFactors implementation projects, specifically in Employee Central and Onboarding modules. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully delivering cloud-based HR system implementations while managing project teams, timelines, budgets, and client relationships.

This role is integral to ensuring the seamless delivery of high-quality solutions that meet client needs and expectations.

Required Qualifications:

3+ years of experience as a Project Manager for SuccessFactors implementation projects, with a focus on Employee Central and Onboarding modules.

Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors and HRIS systems.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on time and within budget.

Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira).

PMP or PRINCE2 certification, or equivalent, is highly desirable.
