Your Job
? Regular analysis and evaluation of customer feedback
? Supporting online survey conception and programming
? Supporting the analysis of customer interviews
? Assisting in the development of marketing measures
? Creation of product training videos for customer education
? Assisting in the development of our Self Service Hub on the Statista website

Your Skills
? Need to be enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters Degree in Hamburg for at least 1 more year
? A good level of both written and spoken English and German; ability to effectively communicate in both
? Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
? Highly detail-orientation with a reliable work ethic
? Demonstrate the ability to quickly adapt to new tasks and changing priorities
