Responsibilities
? Promptly responding to customer emails
? Troubleshooting problems
? Escalating complex issues to appropriate teams
? Maintaining accurate records of interactions.

? Must be an excellent communicator
? Must be detail-oriented
? Must be capable of delivering high-quality service while working independently.
? Must have a strong written communication skills
? Must have a customer-focused attitude
? Must be proficiency with email and customer support tools
